Cornerstone is a small, independent family medicine clinic where we are passionate about providing personalized care to people in all stages of life.
Our staff members are among the best at what they do and will take the time to get to know you and your situation.
In October of 2026 we will start seeing patients at a temporary location.
We are also beyond excited that we are building our permanent office just off the Celina Square. Our goal is to move into that space in early 2027!

Sarah Kent, MD
A more personal way
to practice medicine
After years in corporate healthcare, Dr. Kent felt called to create a different kind of practice — one where relationships come before productivity and patients don’t feel like they are being rushed back out the door before they have even checked in.
That desire to get back to a time where doctors actually knew their patients on a personal level and listened to their specific needs is primarily a product of her Christian faith. Dr. Kent’s faith is the cornerstone of her life; so it is also the cornerstone of her practice.
But just like you are more than just a patient with symptoms, Dr. Kent is more than just a doctor.
She is also a wife and the mother of three kids. One of her sons is passionate about building BattleBots and other robotics, her other son is an FPV drone pilot, and her daughter is active in theater.
Whenever Dr. Kent isn’t at work, her favorite place to be is out working in her garden. That’s why you will see so many plant themed elements throughout her office.
Dr. Kent is humbled to have the opportunity to serve her community and very excited to bring her style of personalized health care to Celina!
